Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

1. Who we are

dodilligence.io provides business research and structured due-diligence screening reports assembled using proprietary technological algorithms (the D-CORE analytical engine). We are not a law firm, CPA firm, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, credit rating agency, tax adviser, or auditor. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.

2. Nature of the product

• Reports are decision-support screening packs assembled from public sources, structured analysis, and proprietary multi-source synthesis workflows. They are informational screening tools only.
• They are not legal opinions, investment recommendations, fairness opinions, audits, or appraisals.
• Findings can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Absence of a flag is not proof that risk does not exist.
• Professional reports are multi-section institutional-style PDF packs (typically 10–20 pages) covering financials, market, legal/regulatory, governance, risk register, and IC workplan — but remain screening-grade unless a separate custom engagement is contracted in writing.

3. No advisory relationship

Purchasing a report does not create a fiduciary, attorney-client, broker-client, or advisory relationship of any kind. Output is not a substitute for advice from licensed attorneys, accountants, auditors, or investment professionals. You are solely responsible for decisions to invest, acquire, lend, partner, hire, price, or litigate.

4. Your representations

• You are authorized to request research on the named target for lawful purposes.
• You will not use reports to harass, discriminate, stalk, or violate privacy or export laws.
• You will not represent our materials as independently audited financial statements or counsel work product.

5. No warranty

Services and reports are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dodilligence.io and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the fees you paid for that order.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dodilligence.io from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your reliance decisions, your misuse of reports, or your breach of these terms.

8. Payment, coupons, refunds

• Prices are as shown at checkout (including any valid coupon). Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Because reports are digital research deliverables customized to a target, sales are generally final once generation begins. If fulfillment fails entirely, contact hey@dodilligence.io for remediation.
• One-time coupons burn when a checkout session is created.

9. Delivery

Reports are delivered by email to the address you provide as a professional multi-section PDF attachment (typically 10–20 pages). We do not deliver HTML report files as the primary product. Timing targets are estimates, not guarantees. You must provide a valid inbox and monitor spam folders.

10. Confidentiality & redistribution

Reports are for you and your internal advisers. Do not publicly post full reports or file them with regulators as third-party expert opinions without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering of systems, scraping beyond normal use, resale of raw reports as a competing service, or unlawful surveillance.

12. Privacy

We process order details (name, email, company, target query, payment metadata via Stripe) to fulfill and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data unnecessary to the order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law of the operators' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those protections.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version accepted at checkout governs that order. Material changes will be reflected on this page and by an updated version stamp in the order flow.
